1. Services Provided
The Pool Cleaning Professionals provides residential and commercial pool cleaning, routine maintenance, water chemistry balancing, equipment inspection, repairs (where specified), and related services as described on our website or in service agreements. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location, season, or specific customer requirements.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by phone.
- We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to the service call.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within your scheduled window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change. Quotes and service agreements will reflect current pricing at the time of booking.
- Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and checks. Additional payment methods may be available; contact your service representative for details.
- Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees and suspension of services until the account is current.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to provide safe and effective service, customers agree to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the pool area and equipment.
- Secure pets during service visits.
- Notify us in advance of known hazards, malfunctioning equipment, or special conditions.
- Maintain appropriate water levels between scheduled visits unless otherwise covered by your service plan.
5. Liability & Limitations
While we take industry-standard care performing services, The Pool Cleaning Professionals is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to pools, liners, finishes, or equipment.
- Problems caused by weather events, power outages, vandalism, or acts of God.
- Issues arising from customer neglect between visits (unless specifically included in a service package).
Our total liability for claims arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. If you have concerns about a completed service, please report them within 7 days so we can inspect and, if appropriate, correct the issue. Except for this warranty, all other warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Cancellations & Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel service without notice for unsafe conditions, non-payment, repeated missed appointments, or behavior that endangers our personnel.
- Any prepaid fees for canceled services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable cancellation charges stated in the service agreement.
